Information to Include

To help us review your concern efficiently, please provide:

  • Your full name
  • Account number (if available)
  • Contact information
  • A clear description of your concern

Please do not include sensitive personal or medical information in written or electronic communications. For account-specific matters, we recommend contacting our office directly by phone.

Review Process

Upon receipt of your complaint:

  1. Your concern will be logged and reviewed
  2. We may investigate your account and related records
  3. We may contact you for additional information if needed

Response Timeframe

We will respond to your complaint within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with applicable laws and the nature of your request.

Disputes vs. Complaints

If your concern involves disputing the validity of a debt, please refer to our Consumer Rights page for information regarding your rights under federal and California law, including your right to request validation within 30 days of receiving notice.

Escalation

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request that your complaint be reviewed by management for further evaluation.

Regulatory Information

You may contact the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI) for additional information regarding your rights as a consumer.
